Door to the balcony was warped and wouldn't close. I was on the top floor so I didn't worry about security, but it's unforgivable shape for a hotel.
Bathroom faucet was very loose; had to hold the base in place to operate it.
Telephone didn't work in the room. I wanted to use it to contact the front desk. They said they'd send someone up to fix it. After half an hour I went back downstairs to ask when the maintenance people said they'd come. The receptionist hadn't asked a time. I had other questions for the front desk and had to schlep down to the lobby each time. Finally someone fixed the telephone. After that the phone would ring but the front desk would not answer.
There is little or nothing within walking distance of the hotel.
