Problemas com late check out
Cheguei de madrugada. Avisaram que tinham dado no-show pq não avisei por telefone que chegaria tarde. Mas eu havia avisado ao fazer a reserva que chegaria tarde. Estava anotado na minha reserva que chegaria mais tarde. Por sorte, não estava lotado o hotel e me deram um quarto. O rapaz foi gentil em resolver. Mas se tivesse ocupado o hotel, eu ficaria sem quarto, apesar de ter pago antecipadamente e ter avisado. É estranho ganhar um no-show tendo pago previamente a diária e tendo avisado. Se o quarto foi pago, não poderia ser utilizado pelo hotel.

Não gostei. Atendimento demorado no check in. A internet do andar em que se localizava o quarto não estava funcionando há mais de uma semana, de acordo com o que foi informado pela recepção. Imagina se eu precisasse trabalhar... O ar condicionado do quarto não "vencia" o calor. Isso foi péssimo, pois era um dia de muito calor. O quarto, por outro lado, está com aparência de "novo", o que é um ponto positivo. O chuveiro é bom também. Por fim, o café da maã é bem simples e o local em que é servido não é com ar condicionado. Volto a dizer, era um dia de muito calor.

Péssimo
Nossa estadia foi uma decepção. Na chegada ficamos sabendo que o hotel não tem estacionamento e eu tinha escolhido o hotel por conta do estacionamento. Tive que pagar um estacionamento a parte 3 quadras do hotel. Café da manhã muito pobre, poucas opções e mesmo assim ruins. No quarto não tinha kit de higiene completo, não tinha shampoo, secador de cabelo e eu precisei de ferro de passar e não tinham pra levar no quarto, tive que levar a roupa até o térreo e usar uma sala que tinha pra passar. Não tinha telefone no quarto para comunicação com a recepção. Cada vez que precisava de algo tinha que descer 9 andares. Paredes com mofo, não tinha nenhuma lixeira no quarto, apenas no banheiro. Esse hotel não pego nunca mais.

Terceira vez neste hotel, porém agora encontra-se descuidado! Quartos sem reforma, tudo muito antigo e precisando de reforma! Muito barulho das máquinas de ar condicionado e elevador demorado nos picos. O café da manhã merece atenção pois fica muito cheio e lento o serviço de reposição !

Quarto com paredes e teto mofado, um simples pano já resolveria. Na manhã do dia seguinte o quarto não foi limpo e consecutivamente nao foi trocado as toalhas. Quando chegamos fomos a recepção e por incrivel que pareça, não tinha mais toalhas no hotel, chegaria some te as 24:00.
