I had a bad experience. I lost my iPad there. Rather, I suspect it was stolen in my absence!
I paid to stay for 3 nights (27/12-30/12). So I was surprised they came in to clean and tidied my room on the 2nd day when I was out.
When I returned at night of 28/12, I found my iPad missing from my luggage. I didn't think too much about it and thought that perhaps I had mistakenly left it in my husband's luggage instead until today when I realise that my husband's luggage went through th security check without needing to remove the iPad which. thought as inside it as it was not there in the first place.
On 29/12 night again, I found someone had entered our apartment and left the lights on. This time, the room was not cleaned up but obviously someone did come in as I had made sure the aircon were switched off before leaving the apartment in th mornng and I had not needed to use the lights in the morning before leaving.
This is dishonesty to the max and I demand that hotel.com gets to the bottom of this, punish th culprit and get me my iPad back!
