No pool Beach got crowded with people coming to hotel fo day use
No hot water and absolutely no water pressure to even shower
Way better than those all inclusive places. You know, those places that are almost indistinguishable from America. This place actually had character. Loved it!
Greeted with a drink. Very clean property. Only thing is when you walk on the public beach locals are trying to sell you everything
Well laid back , rustic, secured, pleasant staffing.
I really enjoyed my stay here, it was breathtaking. Everything was in walking distance from the cute restaurant grill with amazing food and the beach was a few feet away. I will be returning for sure. We did have an ant problem in the room but everything else was great including the staff.
What I liked most is that it was more open and friendly; you were able to be with The locals too!
Easy access to beach was a plus, grilled lobster was awesome. Overall all seafood items were great. However almost all chicken items we tried were not so great. It’s a small cozy place, if someone is looking for a relaxed vacation away from one of those all-inclusive resorts and hotel chains, I would recommend this place.
The rooms and property was well kept. The staff super friendly. The restaurant was delicious! I highly recommend this hotel.
I liked the small Inn, felt very safe, room was lge, bed comfortable, most rooms come with a small dinner table & 2 chairs, beautiful clear calm beach, Lifeguard was excellent, had our chair pads & umbrella set up everyday b4 we were even out at the beach. The staff was super above expectations. The food was fair. Breakfast menu good, basic lunch menu. I was very disappointed in the dinner menu, almost same as lunch menu.Same food everyday. Pricey $16 for a hamburger with fries.there should be a daily Jamaican special.Jerk chicken isn't the only Jamaican specialty. The king crab caught fresh daily was excellent but pricey 1/2 crab $30. One thing that I was very disappointed & disturbed was they charges 10% per meal/drinks as a service charge & (expected 10% taxes), then on menu it says gratuity not included. I asked what was the service charge for, employees said it was for entire staff to split on their paycheck. That tells me that owner does not pay their employees a fair wage and expect tourist to compensate his wages. I was in the hospitality industry for more than 25 years, so I tip very well for good service, but not my responsibility to compensate all the entire Inn's wages. I suggest going to town to get water & snacks. small water bottle $3 + 10% tax + 10% service charge. Breakfast, lunch, dinner --no drinks ran about $90 + 10% tax + 10% service charge, so in the end not so cost effective if you are looking 4 deal
