I have stayed at the hotel on numerous occasions i love the fact that the restaurant is on site the staff is also very helpful the rooms have been updated and they have English channels on the tv which was not available in the past the complementary breakfasts are very good and thehome made tortillas are to die for

the elevator definitely needs fixing, staff was exceptional very friendly and super helpful. The entrance and side entrance a bit dangerous for elderly people as we took our mothers and one was using a walker hard for her to get up on the high step.

For the area and the convenience of being right next to the border it is pretty OK. That being said, DO NOT expect luxury. Air conditioners worked great though
