Overall… I would go back
Reception and restaurant staff were excellent. Greeters at the door were always friendly and attentive.Hotel was clean. Good location. Daily laundry offered. A block down the street a vendor was providing workshops on how to make Asian hats, kites and artificial lotus flowers. Lots of fun. We were on the 11th floor next to the elevator. A bit noisy with the restaurant above. Hotel made a great effort to ask their visitors to remain quiet after 10:30pm. Bathtub / shower was not easy to get into / out (we are seniors) and amenities were a far reach. No recycling of plastic bottles. Pool had a lot of chlorine in it. Use of hot tub had to be scheduled in advance.

Excellent hotel in Hue
We spent a lovely three days and two nights there n Hue and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is excellent, only criticisms being a lack of anywhere to hang out damp clothing in the rooms and really two lifts is one too few resulting in several slightly long waits to access floors.

Highly recommended boutique hotel
We stayed 2 nights in a Premier Studio Suite on 10th floor, room was spotless, had twin beds which were very comfortable. Separate seating area. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city. Breakfast was excellent, & we ate twice in the restaurant each evening. We also used the steam room & hairdresser. All-in-all this is a spotless, modern hotel at a really competitive price for the standard you receive, with friendly staff. Would definitely book again

Hā was wonderful serving us at the Sky Bar. The reception and manager were very helpful in providing information on our night train to Hanoiand a driver to help orient us at the train station. I'm an American War veteran and the Vietnamese people captured my heart. Even under extreme conditions they are sensitive and caring. It's why I say: Vietnam mai mai!

Good little hotel.
We are happy with Thanh Lich Royal Boutique Hotel. The street it is on becomes pedestrianised on Sat and Sun till 10pm. Its location is 15 minute walk to the Citadel. We enjoyed our stay. Buffet breakfast catered for most preferences.

Perfect Place to Stay in Hue
We had a wonderful time staying at the Thanh Lich Royal Boutique Hotel in Hue. It was walking distance of lots of restaurants and we liked that the street in front of the hotel closed down to a walking street on weekends. The breakfast was delicious and all of the hotel staff was attentive and very helpful. We would highly recommend staying here again!

The service at Thanh Lich was amazing - we arrived hot, hungry and exhausted from our trip from the US. The staff opened the kitchen for us and provided us with a full meal even though meal time had passed. Everyone was incredibly gracious and personable and took care of all of our needs, especially Hoai, Tuyen and Huong. My family and I absolutely recommend staying at Thanh Lich - it was a wonderful experience.

Overall a great place, really beautiful, good location, good staff. But a few things that were annoying. Very hard to figure out the water temperature in the bathtub, either burning or freezing. And it wasn't just us. They had to send up 3 different people to finally figure out how to operate it and show us. Also there was a karaoke event that went until 930 at night, which was extremely noisy and hard for our baby to fall asleep. Breakfast was fine. We had read in other reviews that it was excellent, but we found it to be very mediocre. Staff was nice and helpful!
