The hotel is rustic, but overall well-preserved. The staff is kind, however I didn't receive the benefits for VIP members, the free tour was not offered at arrival nor the room upgrade and neither the late check-out. The location is somehow near the center of Valle de bravo; I got a room that was on the corner (room 9) and was noisy because both surrounding streets have people and cars driving by. It has parking space on a property across the street. The restaurant is average, the food was not particularly good. However the bed and bathroom was comfortable, it has a small fridge and safebox to keep valuable items. Overall it was a good stay but could have been better.

Limpieza y ubicación excelente.
Los dos únicos "inconvenientes" fueron que el closet era un poco pequeño, y que el frigobar enfriaba poquito, pero no fue un gran problema (nuestra estancia fue cerca de Navidad). A mi familia y a mí nos gustó mucho la decoración con plantas en las áreas comunes, y que la habitación fue amplia, muy limpia, camas confortables, la ubicación excelente porque está como a cuatro cuadras en linea recta del centro y llegabas en cinco minutos, pero en la noche no se oía el ruido de ahí, además la atención en recepción fue muy amable y el desayuno incluido muy sabroso. Por supuesto que regresaremos!! :)

Hola la experiencia en Valle de Bravo y el hotel mejoró al segundo día. Conservamos la misma habitación la cual es muy silenciosa cómoda, confortable y no entra la luz si uno lo desea y accesible en primer nivel . El calidad costo el segundo de estancia fue el mejor y el desayuno ( incluida) y la cena ( lo incluida) muy rica y con una muy buena ración en su restaurante propio
