it was very tidy, the only thing i didn't like was the blinds they need block out blinds and blinds that go all the way to the edge of the windows they all had gaps and let the daylight in while sleeping.

The bed is too big for the bedroom. An alarm went off all night but I assume this will be remedied and there is no dining available.

We had a full kitchen with a grocery store right downstairs which was great, however there were not enough utensils to properly prepare a meal. Overall it was a great experience.

We arrived early as my daughter in law had had an accident and was on crutches, the reception staff were very accommodating and let us check in early and changed our car park to right out the front. Much appreciated, thanks guys. Very roomy , good amenities, great staff. We’ll be back and thanks again

6/10 Good

Disappointing and expensive
Let down by run down Studio Suite Twin with no windows that open, stale air, leaky shower, dishwasher that doesn't, loose kitchen cabinet door that was hanging off its hinge (i tightened with a key), shelf that fall with everything on it (peg holes to big so pegs are loose), window blinds too narrow for the window frame letting in too much light and they are not square when put up. Very few kitchen pans and utensils. Power points near beds and couches didn't work unless the main light was on, some weird connection, so charged mobile devices in bathroom or kitchen. Furniture very flimsy. Staff very professional and helpful in dealing with some of the above and replenishing supplies. It had a great gym and pool area. Not a good place to stay for more than a couple of days, very expensive for what you get.

The suite we had was flood lit by the lights from the supermarket across the lane. This made it very difficult to sleep. The beds were comfortable and the reception was excellent, parking was great, but the room needs block out drapes to ensure a good night's sleep.

No opening window in the room we had - felt like you were in a closet. Room was ok. Have stayed here before a few years ago and definitely not as good this time.

I was annoyed that the website advertised that there was an onsite restaurant but it had actually closed down. This is one of the reasons i selected the hotel because i was travelling on my own.
