Kun Kun is an oasis of peace and quiet nestled in very busy down town Ubud. The green rice field, the fish ponds and the resident duck are lovely to see each day, the pool with frangipanni flowers falling in it, is paradise and the rooms are very well cared for and cleaned each day. The staff are fun and friendly and were the highlight of our stay. The upstairs room that overlooks the rice paddy is beautiful but it can be hard work getting up and down those stairs multiple times are day, so a downstairs room around the pool might be better if you are not super fit.

An Oasis in Ubud for only little money...
Just a wonderfull place to stay in Ubud. So quiet, big room and bathroom, and my big balcony, where I spend many hours..Every day new breakfast, every day room cleaned. Beautiful garden, nice pool, so friendly boss and not least The Staff 😍 Going to Bali 11 times only regret that I didnt find this Guest house earlier. Really peaceful accommodation in a great location minutes from all you’d want to visit in Ubud. All staff were really friendly. Breakfast very tasty as long as you like the one breakfast served each day which we did! It is not a modern hotel but you do feel like you are staying in Bali
