Perfect hotel. Location was next to the train station which is a must in this hilly town. Property nice and clean. Food was excellent. Kaiseki dinner with meat was tasty and filling. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately the outdoor onsen was closed. Indoor onsen was large and had a variety of pools. Overall a memorable stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

Check in was quick and staff was friendly. The room was clean. My only complaint would be the noise. The walls were thin and I could hear the people talking in the next room. The towels in the bathroom were a bit small, as well. Everything else was good.

Mid-budget hotel right next to the Station
It was a simple one night stay to check out the place and enjoy a bit of me-time. The only thing I am not happy about was the fact I need to pay 150 yen for the use of the onsen which should have been complimentary for hotel guests. Yes the amount is small but the shock of being presented with a bill at the end of the stay when it is not expected is not welcomed.

Great location and awesome hot spring (onsen)!
The hotel is just next to the Arima onsen station.
You could found some convenient store and restaurants nearby!
Enjoy the hot spring (onsen) in the hotel!

Very close to train station and popular hotsprings
It was a good place for the price. Doesn't have as many amenities as some of the other hotels, however, the others costs a heck of a lot more money. The staff was very friendly and accomodating (except late check out is not allowed without a fee). The hot springs/ bathing area is nothing big, but is good. Rooms do not have wifi. Only available in the lobby. Besides that, there really isn't much else the hotel offers.

Very nice!
This is a wonderful experience! The room is nice and tidy with a city view. Though it's close to the train station, but you don't hear anything at all! The dinner was perfect!
