Good service from the staff and strategic location
The room deco is cute and contains basic facilities. The staff are indeed very helpful and kind towards me. However room was a bit noisy as the noise from outside and basement can easily be heard. So might have some little trouble to sleep. But the location is strategic as is a walking distance to the popular Fengjia night market that opens until 1am. Nearby area also have convenient store such as Family mart. Is like 7 eleven store. And there's laundry store, coffee cafe and bus stop nearby too.

Too well hidden
It was extremely difficult to find the place due to lack of signage. Room was cleaned once only during 5 nights stay and toilet rolls didn't get replenished. Apart from the above, overall acceptable and room was reasonably priced. It was conveniently located and close to the night market.

Located at a very quiet and dark street, not easy to find. Room is too small, there is not much space for the luggages and too little space to move around.

Small room, no space for luggage. Bed is just mattress on platform floor so not recommended for elderly. Toilet is tiny so got to stand beside toilet bowl to shower. Only thing is location good, 10min walk to fengjia night market. Hostel has lift.

超差！ 1.訂房後還打去確認地址，到達後卻說在另一邊（開車要10分鐘） 2.房間沒打掃乾淨，我們還自己拿外面掃把掃 3.窗戶關不起來，超吵 4.電燈無法全開，燈泡燒掉沒換 5.電視無法看 6.房內標示wifi是假的，根本搜不到 7.當天入住後反應到至今，完全不理會

整晚無法入眠
1.隔音很差，路邊機車騎車甚至路人聊天都聽得一清二楚。 2.窗簾透光，室內燈全關，還是被路燈照得很亮。 3.冷氣老舊，運轉聲音太大。 4.床墊軟到不能再軟，根本該換了。

住了會想自殺
房間裡面一堆蟑螂跟蜘蛛，室內備的拖鞋也不夠，隔音效果差到隔壁間走路說話我聽的一清二楚，地板上還有前一個住宿旅客留下來的垃圾，空間也不大，房間還沒給感應扣，打電話過去竟然也只說輸入密碼進房間，樓下大門根本沒辦法出入（沒感應扣啊啊啊啊），給的沐浴乳包裝上還一層灰...太多了，說不完啊！！！！總之就是爛到爆炸

失望之體驗
到步後只有大廈管理員，他不負責幫我們check in，原來要先跟房東聯絡好，拿到房間號碼；因為我沒有台灣的手機，只好向管理員借電話打，可是要受到冷眼看待，要聽冷言冷語... 管理員態度很差，房東電話還經常打不通... 房間煙的味道很重，床鋪也是髒髒的，還好最後給我們換了房，可是衛生條件一般，wifi 用不了，隔音很差，位子還可以，逢甲大概走10分鐘，可是整體來說很失望

펑지아시장과 그 부근 관광지 관광할때는 좋은듯 합니다.
펑지아 야시장과 가까운 거리라서 이동하기 편합니다. 타이중역에서는 떨어진 거리지만 펑지아야시장 늦은 시간 구경하고 숙소로 바로가기 좋습니다. 다음날 버스타고 타이중기차역 가는 버스타면 타이중 기차역 바로 가기때문에 좋다고 생각됩니다. 버스 정류장과 거리가 10분~15분거리라 좀 걷는것 빼고는 대체로 만족합니다. 패밀리마트 지나서 골목길 따라서 쭉 가면 골목끝이 나오는데 골목끝 바로 맞은편 건물 모서리부근에 숙소가 있습니다.. 제가 방문했을때 여권하고 신분증(주민등록증) 보여 달라고 하기에 조금 황당했네요. 오후 3시에 체크인 했는데 나이든 노인분이라 영문이름과 여권이름이 다르다고 투털대더군요. 성과 이름 순서가 다른것 뿐이었는데 그렇더군요. 펑지아 야시장에서 식사와 관광후에 저녁 늦게 들어오니 젊은 남자분이 있더군요..그 분은 친절하게 잘해주더군요..영어도 잘하시더군요. 대만학생들이 주말이라 많이 숙박을 오더군요. 엘레베이터는 배정받은 방 열쇠에 달린 둥근 고무열쇠고리 같은 걸 엘레베이터 타면 층수 누르기전에 옆에 검은색 둥근 고무같은 것 서로 맞닿으면 지정 층수를 누를 수 있더군요. 같이 엘레베이트 탄 펑지아 대학생들 도움받았네요. 방은 좀 아담한 사이즈고 (원룸수준) 침대는 스프링이 약한 저가 침대입니다...그것 말고는 딱히 펑지아시장 바로 근처고 버스정류장 갈려면 10~15분 가는 거리라 별 어려움 없었습니다.
