Horrible experience :-(
Our flight was cancelled and we had to travel to Belem with a complicated itinerary, arriving the day after our booked stay. We sent a message to the hotel about our late arrival, we tried calling the hotel, but unfortunately no one answered the phone and later we found out that the staff only spoke Portuguese. After our arrival, staff refused to accommodate us even though they had rooms available, they were unfriendly and unpleasant. Never again.

Experiência pessima
O hotel tem muito o que melhorar, estrutura, mobília, conforto, organização e o primordial do sentindo da hotelaria que é o bom atendimento. Saímos de casa procurando um lugar que nos proporcione conforto e tranquilidade. Porém esta unidade gerou muito transtorno pelo fato de dormimos no calor por conta da unidade não esta refrigerando, e logo depois ficando sem energia feral.

Acredito que esteja faltando gerenciamento
Primeiro dia, chegamos quase meia noite depois de 16 horas, nos entregam a chave do quarto e quando vamos entrar já tem uma casal namorando, detalhe não tinha mais quarto no hotel e nós tinhamos reservado com quase um mês de antecipação. Nos enviaram de Uber para a outra unidade do hotel no centro da cidade, detalhe escolhemos esta por causa da proximidade aos nossos clientes. Não houve nem pedido de desculpas da gerente. No dia seguinte nos deram um quarto no hotel reservado, mas faltou edredon para um do casal, no dia seguinte pedimos para esquentar água para levarmos café num evento, até hoje estamos aguardando resposta; em fim, é um problema de gerenciamento. Dá para corrigir.
