Manager, and all other staff were great. Very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Housekeeping cleaned every day. A/C, hot water , fresh drinking water were all accessible. First time in Oaxaca city , and their hospitality and attention was exceptional. This place is a stable for me moving forward for sure. Price for my entire stay was fair.

The service people up front were very attentive! The air-conditioning worked great and hot shower with great pressure on demand. This is a older hotel that has had its amenities updated but still has the old-Mexico appeal. The rooms are quiet away from the crazy night life. I would highly recommend this hotel to travelrs.

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel! My husband and I arrived early and Luis at the front desk was so accommodating and allowed us to check in early. He also gave us great recommendations for restaurants to try and must see places around Oaxaca City. Overall, our room was clean, spacious and exactly as pictured online. The property was beautiful and well maintained and the staff was so kind and helpful. I also liked that in order to enter the property you had to be buzzed in by the front desk- it definitely felt safe.

Wonderful stay
Good location, walking distance to Soledad cathedral, zocalo, Santo Domingo, November 20 market and other sites. Clean and large room, beautiful courtyard, and wonderful experience with staff. Great spot to stay! Staff is amazing all around - Luis at the front is super helpful, kitchen staff, housecleaning, front desk - everyone goes above and beyond to serve you! Simple rooms, very clean, no bells and whistles but great interior, location is walking distance to main part of town and across the street from a market, bank and restaurant. Would definitely return!

The location is great, very clean, they upgrade us to a better room, bigger and at no cost, the service crew was always willing to help in anything we need. The only down side is that the hotel does not have snacks or beverages for the guests even if they sell it. Other than that is really great option to stay when you visit Oaxaca.
