ワンルームマンションがホテルになったようなところです。 電子レンジも洗濯機もあり、便利です。 廊下は外廊下です。 それなりに内装は古いですが、清掃は行き届いており、浴槽まわりに毛髪は見つからず、ポットに水滴が残っていませんでした。 ただ、壁が薄く、別部屋の話し声も結構よく聞こえます。 また、洗濯機の夜の利用は禁止ですが、ルール破りの人がいると、夜中に洗濯機の振動が低い音で伝わってきます。
