There was noise overnight from a nightclub to the rear of the hotel so we changed room to the front and that was much better. The Reception staff were sympathetic to our request and acted on it quickly. In fact the staff were generally polite, friendly and helpful. Some guests, however, were very noisy when returning to their rooms in the early hours of the morning. Perhaps the hotel could put up some signs to ask people to respect other guests ? We were very comfortable in the hotel and enjoyed the facilities. Breakfast was relaxed, varied and plentiful The hotel had a shuttle to take guests to places locally, much appreciated.

The moment an issue started at the hotel that's when the service stops. The Manager doesn't take care of the issue and doesn't contact back at the time promised - because nothing has been done. It another way to take your money by gaining time The staff are nice only if you don't complain!!! If you do - they stop being nice and become defensive and blaming!! Is this the place you want to stay for a dream holiday - I don't think so!!!!
