Panoramic view of Ouro Preto
The hotel had a great view overlooking Ouro Preto. The breakfast buffet was great, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were rather cold, and the space heater provided didn't have much effect. The hotel was hard to find, and the location, while not too far from the sights by foot, and providing a great view from a hilltop, was dark and a bit sketchy at night. But we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Olá boa tarde, gostaria muito de agradecer o hotel realmente vê sensacional o atendimento, carinho e presteza de Ivan e Jéssica e as meninas da Cozinha e limpeza e sem dúvida o diferencial do trabalho, fora as informações e o layout do hotel que são incríveis e falam por sim só. O carinho e cuidado do mesmo por ceder sua Cozinha para meu esposo fazer um almoço especial para mim, obrigada. Somente gostaria de pontuar algumas coisas que acho válido para melhor ainda mais a qualidade do serviço. Em relação ao meu quarto o 110 , ontem estava chovendo e perto do lustre ele começou a vazar, pelo valor da diária e pelo quarto ser um diferencial devido a vista uma infiltração tira todo o glamour e nos deixa receiosos com o risco de queda ou até mesmo do teto ceder. Outros pontos a serem melhorados e o controle da tv ele está muito deteriorado sem a tampa e com mal contato, meu ar condicionado também não estava esfriando então não sei se e problema do aparelho em específico ou da rede. Outro ponto negativo que acha que vale a pena e reavaliar o que e interessante para hotel como locação, avisei com quase 15 dias de antecedência que faria meu ensaio gestante na data de 06/10 e no mesmo dia o hotel teve uma locação para a gravação de um clip de funk, e o mesmo foi stressante por vários fatores 1° o som, a música e o layout não condizem com o solar das Lajes e os clientes que ali frequentam, fora que a escolha desse hotel e por ele ser um local de descanso e foi impossível descansar

Pousada boa mas pode melhorar.
A pousada é muito boa e tem potencial de ficar ainda melhor com pequenos ajustes mas que faz toda diferença. Cafe da manhã bom e variado. Os funcionários são cortês, porém o quarto estava com bastante cheiro de mofo. Falta vedação nas janelas que tem treliça e uma cortina de renda o que deixa a luminosidade externa entrar completamente. Falta aquecedor, especialmente no inverno gelado, e espelho de corpo inteiro. A torneira sinaliza saida de agua quente e fria, porém a quente não funciona. O secador de cabelo estava estragado. O valor não condiz com o serviço prestado. Ajustando esses pontos teria sido uma perfeita estadia.
