The staff provide great service. They treat guests very well, while being caring and professional. The room and bathroom was a little dark, but clean. The service at the restaurant was very good and the staff works very hard and makes you feel welcome. The spa service is excellent; the steam room i good, the sauna was not warm, the jacuzzi needs more light, as it can be very dangerous walking in and out of it.

This was my first time in Bogotá. I booked this hotel and I do not regret it a bit. Staff is super friendly and very easy going. My room was cleaned every day without me needing to ask. Breakfast is included which is also nice. Overall I really loved my stay here. I will be coming here in the future for my stays.
