If you’re searching for a hotel to stay in Almaty but you’re put off by the room rates at the Ritz-Carlton, my advice is get a temporary second job to increase your budget because this hotel, their staff and the facilities are worth every penny of the cost. Lovely place!
The hotel is beautiful with a useful car park. Do remember to make sure that you go all the way up to the 30th floor to find the reception. Breakfast is on the 30th floor and then the rooms are situated below that. There are beautiful views of the mountains from all windows. Reception is stunning with plenty of seating.
