Great location 2 minutes walk from Karlsplatz. Excellent dining options nearby. The room was a good size for two people and their luggage- and though the bed seems small, it is comfortable. The bathroom is also a good size with a nice shower. Renice (sp?) at the front desk was a terrific help and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future.

We had a room in the attic so head height was a real problem. It also meant we could not open the window as it interfered with the curtains, and although we had a lot of noise from the trams on the street, we had no street view. Avoid these rooms. Otherwise hotel OK

Skip the middle man!
Great location. Very roomy family suite! Front desk staff was AMAZING! Manager, not so much. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would simply not recommend hotels.com. Go straight to the hotel website! Location was great for walking to city center, historic places, getting on transportation and to Oktoberfest!

It is a super nice hotel. The reason I give 4-star is because it is bit noisy at night. It is located in a Main Street close to center train station, so it is normal. It is very safe, staffs of the hotel are also securities. It has safe in room. Only 2 minutes walking to enter the train station, the entrance close to U4/U5 (to Oktoberfest). No breakfast in hotel, but you will find many place in train station to get your breakfast. Reasonable price. Strong recommendation for people w/o sleeping problem like me.
