Overall this hotel is a good value. It’s located close to restaurants, shopping and the water, the room was simple but clean, and the staff was pleasant, professional, welcoming and efficient. The only downsides were that the hotel restaurant was not always open during its stated hours, and the hotel has a weird system for wifi access. Otherwise, I would recommend it!

The room was so bare. The bathroom dirty with some flies on the sink. There was a big cockroach we found in the room. The towels hang was old and smelly. You have to ask for everything from toothbrush, tissues. The hot water wasn’t really hot, the sink gets clogged. The room itself need some renovations. Even the Wifi was so weak and you have to as for a password everyday. But the staff was attentive to our needs.

I work in a hotel and this is the ONLY hotel i know who ask guests for 500.00 upon check-in to serve as protection in case something went missing in the hotel room after checkout.What a disgusting welcome for guests! I booked for a triple bed for my son and his friends coz they took the PNPA exam, travelled 6 hrs to Tacloban..and they charged additional 600.00 because they are 5 persons. I thought they can share beds.So this hotel charge per head not per room. What if 2 couples with a child booked this triple bed, will they still charge them per head? They even informed my son there is supposed to be FREE food but since I booked online, they can’t avail it. So you want me to go personally and book so they can avail the free food? I’m in USA HELLO!?! I don’t recommend this hotel coz they treat guests as thieves.
