Great boutique hotel centrally located
Had a 3 night stay exploring Launceston. We had a room on the 1st floor that overlooked the city and PennyRoyal fun park. It was lovely to have the views. The room was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, ie coffee, a selection of teas, bottled water and toiletries. We were able to park close to our room as part of the package. It was very central to Cataract gorges, parks, the markets and many eateries and the CDB. The gentleman that greeted us at reception was courteous and friendly and brought extra crockery and cutlery to our room in case we got takeaways and needed them.

Great travel base
Great base for a couple of days for intrastate travel. Full kitchen was very useful, and the living areas were quite spacious. Also had access to a garden and parking right outside the door.

First time here and unfortunately (as it has some good attributes) I don't think I'll stay again. Overnight I was unable to sleep due to the repetitive cycling of what sounded like an older style refrigeration or air-conditioning unit. It may not have even been on the property but several times per hour it would suddenly and noisily start.

This time we were made to feel very welcome by the person who checked us into the property and upgraded our accommodation. Parking is particularly important for us and we were not disappointed. Highly recommend this gorgeous property. Friendly staff. Quiet location with great signage making it easy to find. I arrived after check-in had closed and check-in was still easy and directions to find my suite were spot on. Well appointed, comfortable and extremely clean suite. They have thought of everything. I have found my new crash pad while in Launceston.

Exceptional accommodation. We stayed in the townhouse and it was newly renovated and spacious. Location was perfect, everything walkable (restaurants, coffee shops, mall) within a few blocks and a short drive to major attractions. Loved the digital keypad instead of physical keys. Well appointed kitchen for cooking also. Will absolutely stay again.
