Great stay
The hotel was a bit of a walk from the main touristy places, but I actually really liked the location. The nearby restaurants and pedestrian street were great, and I was close to the metro. The room was small and simple but it had everything I needed, including a nice little balcony. The service was excellent and staff were quite helpful. The port tasting and breakfast were also delicious!

Great hotel in the city centre with incredibly friendly staff. You can walk to almost all tourist sites on foot. The transfer from the airport is super easy, just mind thatline E can be a bit confusing, as only every other train goes to Bolhão station.

This is a wonderful property but it is in the middle of the city! Some of the pictures may lead to believe it has a calm, relaxed outside area; not the case, but a delightful property. It has a great location to fabulous restaurants and activities. Perfect boutique hotel!

The man at reception was very friendly and always asked how we were and did we need any help or advice. Made us feel welcome. Good location, two min walk to main shopping street and metro station from airport. Good location overall for sights. Baggage store on morning of departure. I enjoyed my stay at this boutique hotel. The staff are lovely and the hotel is clean and well located (near a Metro station). I did notice the hotel had some sound dampening issues (I could hear other guests in their rooms and the hallway through my closed suite door), this may be an issue for those who are light sleepers. Overall a good experience and I would stay at this hotel again.

Very good hotel in the centre of Porto. Safe parking opposite the hotel 25 euros per night. Best housekeeping we have experienced every day the room was as good as the day we arrived. Breakfast not value for money, no black tea, only 2 bowls for cereal provided, had to ask for hot water. Silly errors eg no one told us how to use our room key to enter hotel resulting in us waiting outside to be let in.

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The building in general is in good conditions and well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. I had trouble sleeping the first night because of how noisy it was outside, then I discovered that the balcony window was slightly open. After closing the window it was quiet enough to sleep. If you stay here, check that window.

The walls are so thin that you can hear your next door neighbors. We were on the third floor and it felt like a marching band was on top of us when the guests checked in. The bathroom walls are so thin that you have to turn on the shower to get some privacy while using the bathroom. Our room was close to a loading dock and you can hear the trucks early in the morning. The walls and doors of our room need a lot of TLC. No fridge in the room or ice service in the hotel.
