Not fit for a 4 star hotel.
Wonderful and very friendly staff, however the property needs serious renovation. Rooms are unbearably smelly, and mouldy, rooms and the hotel in general is not comfortable as the AC is not coping with the outside temperature, the food in the restaurant is quite disappointing, the bakery and the salad is not fresh, with very limited variety, the wifi in the rooms is extremely slow.

The manager Mr Abdul Karim, the person behind the counter Miss Iman, Mr Wagat even the person in charge of the cleaning room Mr Tahib. All of them made our staying memorable! Thank you all!
