Excellent service from the staff. The Level had its own reception area and we were made to feel special. Staying at The Level also meant we were entitled to certain benefits such as snacks in their lounge area, the pool and spa which were added bonuses, definitely felt like 5*s. Our (city) view from the room was nice too. The hotel is located in a quieter part of town but not too far from the centre. It’s within walking distance to the Sagrada Familia and there is a shopping centre nearby. I would recommended this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Fabulous hotel with great views.
We felt like royalty from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. The views were incredible in every direction. Snacks and drinks in the lounge always welcome after a long day exploring. We enjoyed our spa visit and the pool was best visited after 5pm. Poblenou has some wonderful places to eat and drink.

What a great moment!!! It was my daughter birthday and we had a fabulous time in the Barcelona Sky Melia. Check in faultless, hotel foyer spotless, staff professional and courteous and friendly. The room is great, comfortable, spacious, airy, and bright. The level experience is on floors 24 and 24, utilising both lounges. I couldn’t be more grateful to receive for personal attentive service and experience for me and family. Thank you so much for the kindness special for Javier and Paola… all staff members!!!
