Customer service is disappointing.
We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, it's our go to place when we're travelling through. While the hotel has maintained it's level of cleanliness and maintenance, the customer service has deteriorated. No one at the desk when we went to check in. After waiting 10 minutes, pressing the call button several times, we left to fill up our vehicle. We returned 15 minutes later and again had to press the call button several times and wait another 10 minutes before front desk clerk showed up. The coffee pot in the room had one packet of coffee, no tea. We had to be on the road before breakfast so found this disappointing.

Nicely updated. Friendly staff. Classic can’t go wrong continetal breakfast. Room was cold upon entry. Took a bit to get it warm. Few holes around wall plates. Back or toilet needs to be cleaned better. I’d consider staying here again.

The Beaverhead Lodge in Dillon was better than expected. We read some comments before deciding and felt like most negative comments expected champagne on a beer budget. You get what you pay for and you don't get what you don't pay for. Prices were very fair. If you want amenities, pay the higher price and go somewhere else. Raj at the front desk was very welcoming. I love the Motel aspect, we backed right up to our door and unloaded the car. It's the perfect 1/2 way stop from our friends in Glacier to home. We will defiantly stay there again.

We only stayed one night. The new owners are nice and responsive to needs. The cable was out the entire time we were there but is was not the owners fault. This is not a destination hotel. It is close to the freeway and reasonably priced. The room was clean and they have a breakfast. The area is somewhat depressed but has been safe on previous stays. When traveling we will stay there again.

We stayed here once before under different management. It hasn't changed much. Very nice. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was typical; hot and cold cereal, toast ,waffles, milk,juice, coffee and tea. Very clean breakfast area. Would stay here again.
