Difficult check-in, taking time to verify the reservation; receptionists’ poor English; food not fresh, microwave prepared dishes; toilet in the room consisted of old stains from previous use; half of electrical things in the room did not work as of lights, fridge; old furniture; dirty carpet on hallways, hasn’t been vacuumed for a while; hotel’s staff demanding that we could not store our luggage later than 2 pm after check out time ( haven’t had such a demand never before).
I’ll give the staff some credit though: polite, humble, the receptionist made some exceptions and let us leave our luggage in the storage room until later than 2 pm but not later than 3 pm , and she kept some additional baggage at the reception for us.
Other staff personnel were polite too.
But anything other staff, was not pleasant: rooms not cleaned enough, terrible food, limited options.
This hotel clearly doesn’t represent a 3.5 stars standards. At least not anymore. I would not stay here ever again, and could not recommend to anybody.
