It was okay, the staff at check in was fairly nice.
There were some issues with the sofa bed (broken hardware), which made it crooked and almost impossible to sleep on, plus the mattress in it was very uncomfortable and the mattress cover had some questionable stains on it.
The caulk around the tub was very gross, with black mold. I asked for bleach to remedy that but they told me they couldn’t provide me with any.
Also, there was only one very light blanket for four people (none on the king size bed) and some of the dishes (not all) in the cupboard were dirty. I brought these issues up to the front desk and when we checked out, they mentioned that they don’t offer refunds or discounts on Hotels.com reservations but we could get one for our next stay. I felt insulted that they thought I mentioned those issues to get a refund/discount. I was just bringing my concerns to their attention. Plus, I had already made up my mind that I’m not going back there anyway. Very disappointed.
