Awesome
Stuff are very helpful and friendly.Room 44 it’s now my favourite room in this hotel. Specious, comfortable beds with a view. Breakfast every morning was a selection of fruits, homemade muffins, and more. Short walk to the main shopping area and market. Will recommend this hotel to anyone. Awesome value for money. 🙏

Need regular room service housekeeping did not change sheets or clean rooms 27,35 and 55 for the 14 days we were there at all. No phones in rooms so had to walk to reception every time and ask for clean towels and toilet paper. Wifi broke down last for days of our stay which is an inconvenience as we work remote relying on internet connection. Rooms were in bad condition needed paint on ceilings and walks with were peeling off, light switches didn’t work, mold and cracked tiles in pool. Leaking water from bathroom ceiling fan dripped down while using the toilet

This hotel is terrible. It is an embarrassment. If you have made a booking change your mind now while you can get your money back. Toilet continually blocked - in the end we kept the plunger so we could keep clearing it ourselves! Otherwise it stayed blocked for 1 days each time. Shower had no pressure - resorted to collecting water in a plastic container to pour it over ourselves. Swimming pool is not maintained, broken tiles, dirty. Details on the profile are not true Wheelchair-width doorways these rooms are upstairs with no disabled access. Saw an older lady being carried up the stairs by her family because she couldn't climb them! Bathroom Free toiletries= bar of soap Toilet paper if you asked for it Private bathroom Shower- see above no water pressure Towels - only changed if you physically took them to reception and waited for a new one Bedroom Air conditioning Bed sheets we stayed 11 days. The room was cleaned twice when we insisted. Entertainment 32-inch LED TV - much smaller TV Digital channels Premium TV channels - NO Food and drink Coffee/tea maker - NO Electric kettle Free tea bags/instant coffee Mini fridge - which they left off so it smelt Room service (limited) non existent Internet Free WiFi - only works in public areas and not very stable Daily housekeeping NOT TRUE see above. Loud and tired. Not really a place for sleeping.
Very old and tired (like a roadside motel) but that was expected and part of the price. My room was at the front and was directly over the bar. I could hear every word spoken, chair dragged, song played as if they were in the room with me. The bar closed at 10 which was fine but there was a group of people who kept making noise until about 2.30am. I went down to reception at 1.30 and they tried but it took a long time for the noise to reduce (not stop). This was for one night when my flights got changed, it was ok for that despite not sleeping but I wouldn’t stay any longer.

A deluxe room should have toiletries, eg, soap, shampoo, conditioner, there were none The room got quickly clean that the mirrors are oily, and bathroom floor wet,no face cloths and they only clear the rubish upon request. Disapointed

Its a tidy standard accommodation. The rooms are good size and roomy. Has a large pool but some tiles are missing around and in the pool. However its still good for a swim and is popular with guests. Ive stayed here 3 to 4 times and for the cost you pay its reasonable. Staff are friendly. Good budget accommodation with a good enough continental breakfast.

Although our room was spacious it was very old and needs a good spruce up. Only one towel for the 3 of us, but staff attended to that quickly. We arrived on a Friday and the bar was full and noisy. We had to park on the street after we came back from dinner out. Can’t comment on the food as we didn’t want to eat there after reading the reviews. The pool needed cleaning, so didn’t use that either. I wouldn’t go back.

Pretty tired property, rooms and pool dated. Only stayed a night for transit purposes. Main road is really noisy with the cars on a Saturday night which vibrates through the hotel (not that they can probably do much with it). Food was a bit average also, didn’t eat our pan fried fish as it was battered & deep fried. Ate rest of meals up the road at Lava hotel. Nice coconuts…. Pool filter wasn’t doing a great job at keeping pool clean and lots of algae where tiles were gone.
