Really beautiful hotel in a great area of town. Rooms were very nice and the hotel was very walkable to all the highlights of the city. The front desk was very helpful through check-in, fulfilling requests, and unfortunately dealing with a very frustrating service at breakfast. Breakfast service was quite disorganized and made for a very poor experience for a 5-star hotel.

The Grand Hotel Vilnius was absolutely wonderful . Stayed here with my family for a week and every day was better than the next . The great staff , especially Kotryna who made us feel at home from the moment we checked in - what a fabulous person . The Rooms were fantastic as we had a balcony room which was very roomy . Morning breakfast was wonderful and you can not beat the location to enjoy old town . Thank You Hilton Staff and Kotryna for a fabulous stay . We will be back .

This is a five-star hotel in both spirit and heart. Two minor things that don’t affect the overall impression, but still. Why does the fan start at a measured 60 dB when you enter the room, and keep running until you manually turn it off? And why is the pool and spa area closed one late afternoon and evening for cleaning? This should be done during less busy times, such as early morning or night.
