Muy amables pero no me gustó que pedí dos cuartos comunicados y me los dieron separados y los cuartos de mis lados eran familia y hacían mucho ruido a ellos los hubieran dejado juntos para que no tuvieran que estar molestando con las puertas y pasando por enfrente de mi puerta corriendo y hablando fuerte y el servicio en el restaurant muy malo y llevaron la comida cuando ya estaba fría lo único que me gustó fue el estacionamiento mejor seguridad que otros

Late front desk rep does not provide the necessary information to make the best of our stay. Bed is hard and pillows are small (children pillows). Covers are not, they are three pieces of sheet to make the bed comforter.

Maria Bonita Consulado Americano announces itself as an authority in service and quality. It is not. Their front desk staff is young and beautiful but is so inexperienced and unprofessional and disinterested in the guest that it makes the welcome frustrating. I regret booking my stay in Ciudad Juarez at Maria Bonita Consulado Americano.

My family and I booked a stay at this hotel for a couple days and definitely it was not what I was expecting from the moment we arrived service was horrible front desk was not welcoming at all. Our room was not clean there was hairs and dust everywhere and housekeeping didn’t come clean every day even though we requested for daily cleans. The bed are so old they use that metal frames they were sticking out. My son was walking close to the bed and he got a huge scratch on his leg. It was bleeding and everything. I called front desk and they sent someone to check on the bed, but didn’t even said anything about my son when he got sick because it was rusted metal and all this guy did was push the metal frame back on the very last day of our day. There was two cockroaches on the bathroom Disgusting!!! And the last thing is the way the management treats the employees there was this nice guy on the breakfast server and the manager came, and he spoke to him on her really unpleasant way asking him to do things that are part of his job but on a really rude way Overall this was not what I expected and I would never go back
