We had only booked a one night stay so please bear in mind if you read the review. We think this is a really good family hotel of middle class.
The good things were:
Beds were comfortable, two adult pools, one child paddling pool, one jazuzzi, cleanliness of the room and bathroom, the view from our room, the pools, entertainment for kids (but mainly in Spanish), quiet hotel
Not so good things:
slow check-in and check-out
the food was mediocre but we might have caught a bad day
slightly dated decor now
wifi didn't work in our room
Pity we didn't get to try out the other facilities and activities, but we think that there is plenty to do for kids and adults alike with a spa and a mini club. The hotel is in a quiet location overlooking the bay of La Herradura. Two satnav systems didn't find the hotel but Google Maps did find it.
It seems like the hotel is mainly catering for Spanish guests and kids activities take place in Spanish so hard to follow for non-Spanish speaking kids and parents.
We missed breakfast so can't comment on that either. All in all a good relaxing stay and would come back if in the area.
