I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the manager’s rude and unprofessional demeanor set the tone for our stay. He was not accommodating and seemed more interested in cutting costs than ensuring a pleasant guest experience.
The hotel itself fell far short of its supposed 3.5-star status. The rooms were dated, the amenities were lacking, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. It felt more like a 2-star property with an inflated rating.
To make matters worse, the restaurant staff displayed the same level of rudeness and inattentiveness as the manager. It was as if courtesy and hospitality were foreign concepts to them. Dining there was an unpleasant experience, to say the least.
Perhaps the low point of our stay was when we encountered a foul stench in our room one night due to a sewer leak. The hotel’s handling of the situation was lackluster, to say the least. It took far too long for them to address the issue, and it left an unforgettable mark on our stay.
In summary, this hotel was a major letdown, and I would strongly advise against staying here. The combination of rude and stingy management, lackluster service, and the sewer issue made for a truly disappointing experience that does not align with the expectations of a decent property.
