Was there for a funeral had to take cold showers due to the hot water not working properly.I notified front desk the first night never was offered a different room really think I should be refunded because not being able to take a hot shower through the entire stay off,was only refunded fees because of booking through third party.

Arrival was good. Room had an interesting smell that we not going anywhere. The toilet ran and instead of calling for help everytime, I would fix the plug to stop it. Lighting in the room was not great in the closet and bathroom areas. Highlights: size of the room. Great location. Amenities such as the hot tub and pool. Love it is 21+, the outside fire pit. Wish a bar was open by the pool in the evening hours.

I would suggest stocking the rooms with coffee and sugar if the rooms arent going to be serviced every day. The two receptionist I dealt with were a stark contrast to one another. One was pretty stale conversationally but the other was super nice and bubbly. Overall we had a good stay and would definitely return.

Service was rather quick with front desk. Our only hassle was the elevators, i know they are aware of it, but it really held us up. As we went up 14 flights of stairs to get to our floor due to the condition the elevators were in, we soon found out that BOTH of our key cards were not working and instead of using the stairs again we ended up just waiting 15min for the elevator to go down and 10min to come back up. Our room was a shocker and exceeded expectations, but thinking about leaving was exhausting and disappointing kinda wanted to just stay in room all day to avoid being trapped in a line for one elevator.

Not a bad stay
Room / bathroom is clean. We did notice mold around our ac vent in the ceiling.(Noticed that on 3rd night stay). Adult 21+ pool/whirlpool was clean. Upon leaving we did not see any carts to haul our stuff. When partner said something to front desk, 3 appeared after we were loaded.

Great location - only issue was there were no towels at the over 21 pool. We let the front desk know, but the didn’t offer towels and never filled it. Lucky for us another guest had two extra.
