The hotel and staff was very nice but I was not told that my room would not be freshend up daily. I stayed 3 nights and not even the trash in their little garbage cans were taken out and if I wanted to make a bed I would have stayed home. I'm just saying.

Moldy room 112 watch out!
We checked in late at night and went into the room and it had a strong mold odor. We immediately checked out and the person at the front desk told us we would be reimbursed, but had to contact Hotels.com to get the reimbursement, but they would approve it. When we called the hotel would not approve it and denied the situation. They know the unit is moldy, but it was their last unit and so they rented it to us. We did try to get moved to another room, but they didn’t have any more rooms available so we had to leave and find another room at 12:30 AM. We had to pay for another room somewhere else. They denied the refund because they said they could’ve rented it out to someone else. Pretty shady.
