We LOVED everything about this hotel. We were sad to leave. An amazing comfortable common room with a bar and fireplace. Exits right onto the path to the lifts. this hotel is about 10 min walk from the train station, very quiet and clean. but it stood out among 9 hotels so far on my this trip is its reception staff. they are very helpful on many issues beyond most staff from other hotels would help. we truly enjoyed our two-day stay there and feel lucky that we picked this hotel.

We would highly recommend Hotel Rosatch. The staff is great, the restaurant is fabulous and the facility has everything you could want. A huge kids room, indoor pool and spa services. They will provide bagged lunches to take on your hikes. We loved Pontresina and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Staff was super helpful, patient and so kind. We needed help navigating the train to get there. And they were more than accommodating in helping us get there. Answered our questions multiple times. The staff at this hotel were very kind and helpful. The building and room were very nice. Via email i was able to make arrangements for shuttle from train station to hotel. The in house restaurant has a small daily menu for dinner; but the food was excellent.
