Clean rooms, East check-in. The only downside is that it's right next to a major highway so it's a little loud. Bring earplugs if noise bothers you. But otherwise it's a really excellent stay! I will likely book again if I need a hotel in cdmx

Terrible Experience
Property is not in the condition that they show in the photos. The bedroom has a lot of humidity. They don’t have anyone at the front desk until 12 pm. The person that serves the breakfast was not available right away. I had to chase her to get food and you have to be asking for stuff. I told them that I was not satisfy and I left and they don’t want to refund the 4 nights that I had paid.

The apart/hotel did not have a stocked kitchen (e.g pots, pans, utensils), it supplied us only with 2 sets of plates, bowls, 2 knives and 2 forks. No towels were in the room when we arrived, nor was there any toilet paper. The blinds were filthy. The mattress was hard. The water ran out for showers and restroom several times while we were there. No AC. Location however, was great. Walking distance to Chapultepec and to restaurants. We stayed out in the city the majority of the day so we werent stuck in the hotel We would have left the hotel but stayed because our first apart/hotel canceled on us day of arrival. This was our only choice for a 2 bedroom.

La ubicación excelente, buen precio pero el cuarto me lo entregaron súper sucio (bolas de cabello, envolturas, baño sin papel, sin toallas, en la regadera shampoo y jabón y envolturas de la persona que se quedó antes, cama sin tender, sábanas sucias), pedí apoyo y eso si, muy amables para disculparse pero nunca fueron a limpiar aunque lo pedí tres veces y adjunté imágenes, solo fueron a poner papel y toallas y sábanas) Me hubiera ido pero no había reembolsos y la verdad solo lo usamos para bañarnos y dormir. :S Volvería? No.

Había polvo en varias superficies de la habitación, como encima de la TV y muebles. El primer cuarto que nos asignaron no tenía contactos eléctricos funcionales. Las persianas no funcionaban, estaban rotas o atoradas. Padecimos de algunas ronchas en las manos y pies, es posible que por la cama. Lo único rescatable fue la amabilidad del staff de cocina de la terraza.

Terrible experiencia
Terrible experiencia, la habitación que nos asignaron en muy malas condiciones , bueno regalado es caro, apestaba a humedad los muebles rotos, pésimas condiciones, pedí que me cambiarán y se negaron, todo estaba tan nefasto que solo estuve 20 minutos en lo que conseguí otro lugar a dónde ir a descansar y con ese tiempo me basto para enfermarme de la garganta, todo terrible, todo super mal.
