I did not stay at this property: I left due to the lowest standard possible and notified the hotel about it. Person at reception mentioned that I would get a refund, but nothing happened - I also contacted Expedia, sent email to the hotel and still nothing.
If i could give it a 0 - i would. I recently booked a stay at the Landmark Grand Hotel through Expedia . Initially I booked 4 nights but I stayed for only 2 hours due to the poor condition of the hotel, which was unacceptable even for a 2-star establishment and this one being 4!
Once checked in, I paid for early check in and went to the room that was looking worse than the one I am attaching below. Then,
I was given the other room that looked “cleaner” since the previous room was just destroyed. You can see the “cleaner” standard - it was scary to brush teeth in such environment.
The issues I encountered included:
Dirty toilet and bathtub
Ripped and unwashed bedsheets
Extremely dusty room
Sink making an awful noise
These conditions are not acceptable for a four-star hotel and significantly impacted my stay. I have documented these issues with photographs.
Once reported and leaving the hotel in 2 hours , the lady on reception told me I would get a refund, but no contact was done ever since, even though reported and contacted.
