We had a lovely family room in a separate building. There was plenty of space and it was very quiet. It's decorated in a rather quirky way, which we liked. We ate in the hotel restaurant and found the food and service very good. A good stopping off point on the way south. It feels like the middle of nowhere, but is not far from the autoroute.

Great stopover auberge
We have stayed here before because is is convenient for driving to the Alps. The auberge is clean and comfortable and the welcome is great. Food is simple but well cooked. Our recent trip had a limited menu because of staff shortages but the meal was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommended.

Quirky friendly auberge with a good dinner. Bedroom was large, clean and nicely decorated with an interesting ensuite that seemed to have come from a caravan. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Good restaurant but accommodation poor standard
Great food but accommodation poor. The shower and toilet appears to be a compact unit taken out of a caravan

Pleasant hotel in quiet countryside
The hotel is attractive, and the staff were welcoming. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant. Our one criticism is that our room (number 2) which was in an annex, had a small "pod" containing the lavatory, wash basin and shower in the corner of the room. This was cramped for normal sized people and would have presented serious difficulties for anyone who was lacked agility. In addition, the lavatory seat was loose.

Very nice stop over
Nice place to stop over good all-round visit, rooms located away from main building about 25mt up side street in converted barn type building, all very nice just need some bathroom upgrade in the room we had.
Very good value

Pretty village setting
Arrived early in baking sun but hotel not open for another 1.5 hours and nowhere else to go in village. However I have to accept responsibility for that as Expedia did note this on booking form. Once in I found the room to be perfect. Food at hotel highly recommended ( there is nowhere else to go so that is a relief ) Perfect for a stopover.

Disappointing
After reading reviews, we booked an overnight stop. Greeted warmly and directed to our room in another building just up the hill. Our room was hidden in a corner behind an exterior stairway to the upper rooms. The room was small and the "bathroom" was a miniscule addition in one corner. The only mirror was behind the door in a very dark corner. Dark purple paint made an already poorly lit room darker still. The heating went off shortly after the auberge closed (ie. after dinner!). We found only one electric socket in the room which was fitted with a three-way adapter, not very useful particularly as it was at the bedside. The saving grace was dinner which was well presented and delicious (€25 each with local wine at €20). We also enjoyed the fresh bread at breakfast.

Great south of France stopover
Delightful Auberge located in a tranquil village. Although close to Autoroute - feels like a million miles away. Very accepting of our two dogs who sat with us through a delicious supper in a great bar/restaurant. This places definitely gets our vote and we will re-visit. Try it.

Welcoming rustic B&B
We stayed on our way back from South with 2 children. Situated in a quite village, so guaranteed a good nights sleep. The welcome was extremely friendly. Staff spoke excellent English which was very welcome. Ate in restaurant, food was excellent with plenty of choice and local dishes. Also had breakfast which was excellent. The room was split into 2 parts so the children had their own area. Beds were comfy, room was clean and rustic. I really cannot fault our stay.

Great stopover for journey through France
Arrived late due to bad traffic after a very long journey, with restaurant about to close but they remained open for us and served a fabulous four course meal. Family room was large and roomy in a lovely quiet village. Staff spoke excellent English which made life easier after a tiring joourney. Would definitely plan a journey to stay here again.
