GREAT Hotel, GREAT Service, & GREAT Stay
It was WONDERFUL! It ALWAYS is when we take a trip away to this hotel. This is our go to place to just escape the hustle & bustle of busy life. We LOVE this hotel & it's service! Especially the older gentleman that assist with keeping the continental breakfast stocked up in the mornings. My children thank him every time for his amazing hard work.

Our go to hotel when in the Lansing area
We have stayed here three times now and will stay here again. Great people, good breakfast, clean, easy parking, quiet, good access to the west side of Lansing and to highways. Very little noise, and one of the few hotels where I tend to sleep decently.

The online pictures do not match the rooms. The couch & pull out bed were old, dirty & dilapidated. The bathroom needs a good cleaning. It looks like they just wipe it down & mop the center of the floor, leaving the walls, edges & corners dirty. I reserved a room for 5 people yet they would only give us 3 towels at a time. Also, housekeeping does not tidy your room everyday. Our trash ended up piling up because you only have 2 tiny trash cans in the room. The Keurig coffee machine in the room was dirty & broken. The 3 mornings I went for breakfast I had to ask the gentleman to refill the empty coffee carafe. I did not expect this kind of service, nor condition of the room from a Holiday Inn. This is what I expect from an Americas Best Inn....
