The front desk service was perfect, nice and all time ready to help. The location is convenient with public transport at the front of the door. Many restaurants around! WARNING!!! BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU BOOK THIS HOTEL! LOOKING AT THE PICTURES OF THIS HOTEL ON THE DIFFERENT WEBSITES, ALL LOOKS NICE, ESPECIALLY THE BAR AND RESTAURANT AREA, BUT THEY FORGOT TO INFORM POTENTIAL CLIENTS THAT THE RESTAURANT AND BAR CLOSED DUE TO AN ELECTRICITY PROBLEM. THAT IS WHAT THEY SAY. EVEN THAT IS NOT TRUE. THE ENTIRE HOTEL HAD ELECTRICITY EVEN THE RESTAURANT BECAUSE DOING THE NIGHT IT WAS LIT UP, ALSO SPOKE TO THE STAFF. THIS HOTEL POSTED MISLEADING INFORMATION. THIS HOTEL HAS NO VENDING MACHINES, NO MINIBARS, NOTHING ,IF YOU WANT TO DRINK WATER OR SNACK, BRING YOUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS. I TRAVEL OFTEN TO BERLIN FOR BUSINESS, NEVER AGAIN WILL STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Awful. 3 star hotel at very best!
No way is this place a 4 star hotel. Couldn’t get a drink until 6pm because they didn’t have anyone on the bar, they charge you €2.50 for a TINY glass bottle of water in your room. The A/C was noisy throughout the night as was the car park for the hotel directly outside my window. The staff were very poor and seemed as though they just couldn’t be bothered, the facilities were non existent and to top it all off, after pouring myself a cup of coffee in my room in the morning, they had left a cracked mug but turned it around so you couldn’t see. After I poured the coffee in and picked up the mug I then had it all down my T-shirt and jeans... see pics. I certainly won’t be using or recommending this place ever again.

Room for improvement
Room was not clean bedsheets not changed , also charges from hotel bar appeared wrongly on my bill because their staffs mistake causing delay on Check out. I wasnt happy with the bed mattress it was extremely soft causing back pain!
