Our Stay was absolutely Incredible with clean and modern rooms and amazing staff. So friendly! The hotel was in a neighborhood so spectacular for visiting Buenos Aires Argentina. The Restaurants, Shops and Markets are everywhere in every direction from the hotel front door. You will be so happy to stay at Hotel Chic Palermo Soho.

Casa Chic is very well situated near dozens of restaurants and shops in a comfortable, bohemian part of town. The staff were very helpful advising us about bus routes and finding our way around town. They made us feel like we were coming home every day and inquired about our days. Excellent stay.

Very disappointed with treatment received by the gentleman at front desk. Always in a bad mood and unfriendly. The lady at front desk ( Florencia) was always very caring and polite. Unfortunately the hotel needs some serious upgrades in the rooms. We had torn bedclothes in both rooms we stayed in. We have stayed in this hotel at least 6 times. Don't think we will go back.

Lots to like about this boutique hotel. Friendly staff, lovely comfy bed and room, good security. Breakfast was limited but adequate. Coffee very good. Then the not so good. The main problem for me was the air conditioning in the room. It was of the ducted type. Old and not able to be reduced from full on high speed to medium speed or low speed. And the worst thing was it was SOOO noisy! Buenos Aires was in the grip of a heat wave when I was there at the beginning of March and turning it off wasn’t optional so I spent every night of the three I stayed there getting up to turn it on to stay cool for a while then turning it off so I could grab a bit of sleep. Exhausting! Unfortunately, this ruined my stay there. I left feeling so tired and definitely would not stay there again.

I normally won't leave a review if it's not a five star review. I speak with the people at the facility and if we can't resolve an issue then I'll leave something less than five stars. When booking this reservation, I was hesitant because of the poor reviews on the size of the room. But doing a little research online looks like the rooms are Somewhere around 450 ft.². According to the website. But this is not the case. The rooms are tiny. It is misleading to put your square meters or square footage that does not match up to what the rooms actually are. I suggest that , someone should remeasure the rooms because I just can't believe that these the actual sizes that are represented on the site. This is a great location and we found some staff to be incredibly kind and friendly. The breakfast is sufficient. It would be nice if they had a little variety From day-to-day. Also, it would be nice if they had espresso machines in your room. The water pressure was great, the air conditioners worked wonderful and the linens were clean and tidy. I'm not sure if I would stay there again given the size of the rooms…

Me pareció adorable el lugar. Se ve como el hotel que se hospedaría una estrella de rock en ascenso. Si le cambiaría la calibración a la puerta del ascensor. Se cierra muy bruscamente y percance abierta por dos segundos más o menos. Si venis un poco despistado, se puede generar un accidente. Dedos arriba para Gina y Rafael.

La verdad q una deserción total , el trato de Florencia (la encargada ) muy poco respetuoso, las habitaciones muy chicas, mucho ruido, el desayuno decadente , sin nada y todo frío , paleta de pésima calidad, queso sin gusto,( la vajilla, hermosa ) del local , pero el resto decadente, no se lo recomendaría a nadie

It’s cute chic place to stay. The staff were absolutely amazing. The rooms However were a bit small for what I am used to. If you are just staying for a several days absolutely but if you are staying for a longer time and like space I would be sure to ask for bigger rooms before booking it.

solo la ubicación es positiva. desayuno nunca vi uno tan pobre, 3 fetas de jamon y queso de maquina y encima viejo. jugo tang.. la puerta del baño de la habitación no tenia ni picaporte asi que teníamos que ir al baño teniendo la puerta no hay personal en todo horario, durante la noche solo vigilancia si llegas tarde y te tienen que abrir estas 5 minutos en la puerta en la calle hasta que bajan y te abren.
