Don't stay here
Floor was dirty, my white socks got black in an instant. Also, the amenities are very dated. First morning they served me omelette with a long black thick hair inside. Absolutely disgusting.

Our room was very clean and nice. There was noisy construction which started at 5:30 am. The staff were very nice and breakfast was good.

Honest review based on experience.
3 important things to take note to future guests: Location: it’s one of the farthest hotels if you are coming from the railway station (close to the hot spa) and it’s a walk uphill so be ready. Water: shower water was my main issue here—i struggled rinsing because water is poor.. And I only mean shower water- becasue the lavatory is okay. Wifi: maybe true to most hotels, you almost don’t get anything but buffering. FYI: i stayed on the “1/F” (2nd floor). I wonder if it is true to other floors above me. On the positive side, the staff were very accommodating, the breakfast for me was superb! Got to store my luggage for 7 hrs and they even offered me to deliver my luggages to the station.

6/10 Good

It was a good hotel located off a quiet plaza with easy access to the Main Street with shops and restaurants. The staff were very professional and responsive. The property was going through some repairs and there was some noise in the day, but that did not bother us. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The only issue was in the morning we had to leave early to visit Macchu Picchu and the shower wouldn’t get hot. It had been fine the night before, so it may have been a one time thing. Overall it was a good stay.

This was a nice place to stay, we had a large discount so it was valued right, as for the full price there are better options in town. It was a bit of a walk up the hill through town to get here, but if planning on hitting the hot springs then it's close by.

Check in was smooth and staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is far up the hill but there are a lot of shopping and places to eat close by.

Brand new and beautiful rooms with great view. Staff was friendly, competent and spoke English. AC was not working well, but they had a good fan, which was sufficient for the time and conditions. Breakfast was good, but not outstanding.

The facilities were fine (comparing with the place availability) however, I booked the suit with jacuzzi. When I wanted to use it, there’s was no hot water. I informed the front desk, and they said to wait 5 minutes in order to give them time to turn on the gas (not good they switch it off). At the end, I was not able to use it, and I overpaid for an amenity that I was not able to use. The next morning, I informed the reception and they did not pay attention to my complain.

This is a lovely hotel with great amenities and friendly staff. The rooms are very clean with a nice view. The breakfast is great too and free. The hotel is located at the top of a hill in Aguas Calientes. That can be an issue if you are lugging heavy stuff and not used to the high altitude. However the hotel's staff are willing to come to train station to drop off and pick up your luggage (wish we had know that when we originally booked). The WiFi can be a little spotty but that seems to be the case in most hotels in Peru. Overall, this is a great place and highly recommended.

Bad experience
I had a bad experience, and a relative of mine had an accident in the bathroom of his room, the floor was super slippery and there was no safe mat in the bathroom, I reported it to the administration, they only gave me a cream and that's it, Right now my family member is swollen all over his arm and half of her face.
