My stay was fantastic! Everything was perfect. Comfy bed, strong air con, plentiful hot water, super quiet and the whole place is beautiful.All of the staff are friendly & helpful. There were too many mosquitoes on the property. In the room, balcony, poolside, lobby, just everywhere and birds at the breakfast area. Mosquitoes were very unpleasant as didn't want to go to the pool except once, and had to have the mosquito burner all day/night in the room.

Three hotel is nice. Three staff is great and very helpful. We had a room with access to the pool and it was great. The location was great. However, Krabi is not a destination i would ever go back to. It's boring and the island are nothing to brag about. Thailand has the noisy beautiful beaches and island but you would not find them in Krabi.

It was my birthday during my stay with Deevana Plaza. Every year, I will have a getaway birthday holiday with my family. And this is my 1st time the hotel send me a birthday cake, with the birthday song too! The uniqueness is their staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful (even with limited English vocab). They will greet you everytime you get pass through them. They made our process from booking, checking in and checking out smooth and easy. They help us a lot during the stay and we get the late check out for free!

Decent location, just beside Ao Nang Night Market and pretty near to Ao Nang Beach. The service was very good and the staff tried their best to help us with whatever questions or requests we have. However, we think in terms of cleanliness it could have been improved. There were stains on our blanket and pillow case which we got them changed. We also encountered stains (grey / pinkish red) on our towels and we had to request a change of them a few times. That being said the staff was very patient with us and responded to our requests very quickly.
