The staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is quite dated and the rooms could do with a deeper clean. We weren’t sure how secure the building was as the front entrance and car park entrance doors were open late at night and so anyone could wonder in off the street.

Pelo preço até que valeu, por causa da localização
Ocorreram diversos problemas começando na recepção no dia do check-in, uma das recepcionista deixou a parceira realizar os check-in sozinha enquanto os hóspedes que chegavam ficavam aguardando em vez de dar a entrada para todos depois realizar o que teria que fazer. Já nos cafés da manhã por diversas vezes em todos os 4 dias que fiquei hospedado, os seguintes itens terminavam como o ovo mexido, pratos, talheres, queijo e a reposição era muito demorada até o ponto que os hóspedes iam até a porta da cozinha pedir a reposição. Já no quarto a chave desmagnetizava constantemente, a porta do banheiro era baixa e fora do padrão com isso as vezes batia a cabeça, torneira e sanitário com vazamento constante, fios e tomadas com cara de gambiarra, água quente apenas morna e paredes dos corredores em manutenção.

Noite Sem Sono e Atendimento Desastroso: Uma Exper
Escolhi um hotel da rede Andrade para passar a noite com minha família antes de seguir viagem no dia seguinte. No entanto, tivemos uma experiência extremamente desagradável. Ao chegarmos ao quarto, percebemos que o ar-condicionado estava quebrado. Fui até a recepção solicitar a troca de quarto, mas fui informado de que o hotel estava lotado. Achei essa informação estranha, pois no estacionamento havia apenas meu carro e mais três. Na tentativa de amenizar o calor, abri a janela, mas logo percebi que ao lado havia uma cobertura de eternite, que só aumentava a sensação térmica. Retornei à recepção para insistir na troca do quarto, pois ninguém conseguia dormir. Como alternativa, nos forneceram um ventilador velho e ineficiente, que mal funcionava. O resultado foi uma noite inteira sem dormir. De tanta frustração, decidimos ir embora do hotel às 9h, sem sequer tomar o café da manhã. A falta de estrutura e atendimento adequado tornaram nossa estadia impossível. Infelizmente, tivemos que seguir viagem exaustos, colocando nossa segurança em risco. Definitivamente, não recomendaria este hotel para ninguém.
