WONDERFUL!!
What a wonderful place... Yes, I give this cute Model 10/10.. I'm not comparing it to the Hilton but similar Models on our trip.. This old, but upgraded Motel offers a wonderful, unobstructed view of the bay..Very comfortable beds and the ability to actually cook! It offers the standard microwave but also 2 electric burners and a moderate sized fridge.. In its own room! Full Bathroom supplies and nice nice hot water.. Clean/crisp sheets..Even room temp from the Thermostat.. Every staff member we met was friendly and personable..I wish I lived closer to this wonderful Motel so that I could take advantage of the beautiful view from my window and watch the sunset! Hwy 101 goes "to sleep" about 9 and starts to get busy about 8..(My camera won't show a photo) :(

Poor layout, noisy fridge. The room next to us never turned the tv all night!! The mattress was hard and only two pillows that couldn’t make one good one!

I booked based on most of the reviews stating cleanliness and comfort. Although it seemed clean, it definitely needs update on flooring and locks on the door. We couldn’t get the windows to close, the deadbolt was a struggle. As far as comfort, the walls were so thin I literally could hear the man next door using the bathroom throughout the night (every bodily noise he made). The traffic noise was pretty loud as well but I’m sure that’s due to the windows not closing. On a positive note, the front desk was super nice.

Clean and comfy.
Looks old from the outside but inside was clean. No AC so if its hot can get warm. But nothing to complain about. For the price you cant beat it.

Coffee shop out front good because no pot in the room. Large rooms, soft beds and pillows. Mini refrig and microwave worked well. Excellent towels and shower. Floor needs sweeping, my feet were filthy waking from bed to bathroom. Incredibly beautiful sunset out back window. Love the older feeling, real tiled shower, solid wood furniture.

Friendly owners and cleaning staff but motel room toilet kept running and the TV suddenly stopped working. Clean and comfortable stay though.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is very convenient, right by the highway 101. The hotel is old and needs work. The sink in the bathroom was leaking and they had a bucket under it. There was no chair or table in the room, only a bed, night stand, dresser, and TV on the top of it. I had to sit on a bed and put my food on the night stand to eat. Walls need to be cleaned and painted.

This place was clean and organized for a very much older motel. Would have loved to had a picnic table at the North end of the property so We could've sat and enjoyed the wonderful view of North Bay and the Sand dunes:let alone the sunset into the sea.. Just one suggestion change the Carpet in number 3. Everything else was great loved the bed
