1 to 2 rating
It was very uninviting the lobby was Barron no one there to greet you it was cold no bathroom facilities no personal touch other hotels in the area seemed much more welcoming I felt I made a mistake by booking your hotel. The room was never made up. We were there for 3 nights in my opinion it was an expensive hostel I would not recommend this place

Nice place to stay. However the sink had a leak and water on the floor. TV wasn't working, called manger she fixed it but stopped working again. Otherwise everything else was great.

The room is very nice. If the air conditioner would work or if the windows would open it would have been a 5 star. Note there is a very steep spiral stair case to go up.

Good value for your money. Rooms need updating in areas but are clean and comfortable. Great location! No parking but there is a public lot very close.

The room was perfect for our stay. The sitting room gave us a nice bit of space to hang out. Staff was very helpful and kind. Loved it and would stay again.

This hotel is in a great location. It is a little outdated and small, if you care about that, don't stay here. It is clean. The communication from staff was conflicting, but we got everything we needed. There is parking available, you just have to talk to the right person. Super easy to check in and out. There is no front desk person, FYI.

The Air conditioning wasn't working in our room and it was too hot to sleep. Otherwise, it was a nice large room.

You get a code to enter the hotel. No receptionist. No one. Pick up your room key from the desk and self check in. A number to call if you need help, to leave a message. Someone calls you back. Only has 5 parking spots. Room was disappointing. Not maintained. Some power outlets didn't work. A/C barely worked. Dust and cobwebs throughout. Holes in sheets. Ice machine had no ice or water and had slime inside; done use. Location was great. However, Any place you stay at in old Quebec has a great location.

We had a great stay and a beautiful room with a living room area attached! We enjoyed the historic feel of this clean and comfy hotel.

Je me souviens
Perfect location in the Old City. Very quiet street without traffic or tourists clogging the sidewalks, yet very close to some of the best restaurants in Quebec. Very clean room, with plenty of hot water, and comfy bed. I selected the budget room, which was small but who cares when you are spending all your time exploring this amazing city.

Away from Home
The room was smaller than what was shown on the website. Also, the sink was in the main room. The service was fine.
