Sehr schönes guest-house mit super netten Gastgebern! Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr schönen Gegend, der Strand und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ideal für einen Aufenthalt von 1-4 Tagen geeignet. Wir würden bei einem Besuch in PE wieder dort übernachten.

Going past Summerstrand and looking for a nice place to stay, this place is recommended. Very clean, good rooms, friendly hosts and nice breakfast. Located very close to the beach. Worth every penny!

Nur ein Block vom Strand entfernt. Tolles Frühstück und prima Gastgeber. Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück. Zum Flughafen sind es auch nur rund zehn Minuten.

Nice guesthouse in quiet area
Nice place in a quiet area. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but not brand new. A bit noisy from people in the room above. Small pool, standard breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is a bit too far to walk to most attractions except to the beach, but it's only a short ride. We might book it again.

Lovely clean rooms. Great choice for breakfast, fresh fruit, cereals, breads, yogurts and a very nice cooked breakfast. Secure parking and very useful advice and information from the hosts regarding the local area etc. A lovely place to stay, I would definitely recommend and would stay here again if in this area.

Gemütliches gutes Haus zum Wohlfühlen.
Wir sin sehr freundlich von Lisa empfangen worden. Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Vom Fön über Kühlschrank und sogar eine AC. Frühstück ist sehr gut und der Hausherr Roger macht ausgezeichnete Omeletts! Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

3 nätter med familjen i okt 2017
2 vuxna och 2 barn i ett rum var trångt ,inte mycket mer än att sova här. Sängarna hårda, väldigt lyhört och rummet kändes aningen fuktigt. Poolen liten och rätt kall. Området kändes säkert men trist med alla höga murar runt varje villa. Gångavstånd till några restauranger , fick en del tips om restauranger och resmål av ägaren som för övrigt var väldigt trevlig. Frukosten var bra och man kunde sitta inne eller ute och äta.

Nice guest house, very friendly owner
Make sure that you are going to the right Algoa guest house when using a taxi. There are other guest houses with this name. The owner was very friendly, when she welcomed us late in the evening. The room was spacious and clean. There were a lot of nice accesoirs in that room. Breakfast was served in a smal room, the choice wasn't to big. Nevertheless, I would recommend this guest house.

Nettes B&B
Am Algoa Guesthouse in Summerstrand gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Das Frühstück war super und als wir früh aufstehen mussten, um in den Addo Park zu fahren, wurde uns auch ein kleines Lunch-Paket anstatt des Frühstücks gepackt. Das Gästehaus ist in Gehweite von Strand, dem Summerstrand Village (Einkaufzentrum) und ein paar Restaurants (De Kelder ist zu empfehlen). Die Lage is ruhig und "sicher" und bot ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten auf eingezäunten Gelände des Hauses. Wir haben uns für das kleinste Zimmer entschieden, um nicht gleich unser Budget am Anfang der Reise zu sprengen. Mit 4 Koffern kommt man hier etwas in Platznot, das war uns aber im voraus klar. Wer mit großen Koffern reist, sollte ein größeres Zimmer buchen. Wir kamen außerdem fast 2 Stunden vor den eigentlichen Check-In Zeiten an - das war aber gar kein Problem.
