Their location is ideal for the train and downtown Füssen. Many places to shop and eat that are walkable and a short bus ride to Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein Castles. Be sure to get a Füssen City Card upon check in. Check-In and Check-Out was super easy. My room was cozy and modern with plenty of room for one. While no AC, it did not matter given the cool weather via open windows. I highly recommend staying at Villa Fantasia and plan to book again!

No one on staff for check in or check out. Had to call someone and wait 45 minutes for them to arrive on site and check us in. No air conditioning, all beds were small and stiff as a board, very uncomfortable in the hot summer.

The property is beautiful but the rooms are very tiny and there is no real place for large suitcases. We had two twin beds and my mattress kept moving as it had no where to go on one side as it was up against a wall. The housekeeping staff was very pleasant and cleaned the room up nicely. We did not pay for breakfast but large area was open to all as was the fridge and plates and silverwear which was great for leftovers. A microwave in basement is really needed. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't do the job. In October that's fine but in the hot weather months it could be a big issue. It was fine for two days but probably would have stayed elsewhere if I was staying longer because of the rather cramped room.

Fantasy Dream Come True
The single twin bed room was fabulous. Had two windows in the corner room. The entire hotel had a whimsical decoration style, including the unique tile bathroom complete with a golden mirror frame. Location was a short walking distance from the Füssen train and bus station. The furniture is simple, but very functional. The bed was comfortable, and I slept very well after a busy day at the nearby castles.
