We stayed at the Hotel for 10 nights. Unfortunately, we couldn't sleep. The mattress was so hard that it felt like sleeping on wood.The apartment was also very old with damaged doors and lots of insects.I went to the hotel and talked about the insects and they didn't do anything.It was not a good experience.

Infraestrutura de piscinas e praia ótimas porém meu quarto com cheiro de mofo, instalações precárias com vazamento do ar condicionado nas três noites e somente na última foi nos oferecido a troca de quarto o que já não fazia mais sentido pois saímos bem cedo no outro dia.

Os únicos pontos a favor são a localização e o café da manhã. Hotel está necessitando uma revitalização urgente, móveis bem antigos, porta do banheiro inchada, ar condicionado do quarto não funciona. Atendimento da recepção bem fraco, no check-in não explicaram absolutamente nada e ao tentar tirar algumas dúvidas durante a estadia, simpatia zero, pareciam estar fazendo um favor em ajudar. Para coroar no check-out ficamos esperando 30 minutos pro valet pegar o carro. Definitivamente não recomendo, não é a mesma coisa que ja foi!

O ar condicionado automaticamente ligava nos 27º deixando o quarto um forno, na segunda noite após reclamar multiplas vezes ofereceram um ventilador barulhento cheio de barata. O dia que jantamos no restaurante local (polvo e ceviche) passamos mal imediatamente. O serviço de vallet e praia foram impecáveis, mas o demais foi decepcionante.
