Hotel has noisy bar, cannot sleep until 1-2:30am
This hotel's advertising is very misleading. They operate a very noisy bar upstairs and downstairs at the corner of the property, only about 20 to 40 feet from the rooms. The bar plays music extremely loud and doesn't close until 1am during the week and 2:30am on the weekends. It is very difficult to sleep until they close. Also, there is a loud train that runs nearby about every 90 minutes that adds to the noise. I could live with the train but not the loud bar. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a good night's sleep.
The hotel staff were pleasant but had no control over the bar. The continental breakfast consisted of only juice, coffee and toasted bread and was brought out to the patio table in the morning.

Excellent service
Staff went above and beyond. Good location, walking distance to the Historical Center of the city. However, there was some noise from the very popular restaurant next door, as well as a loud train every few hours. The breakfast included with the room was very sparse (toast coffee and oj), although alternatives can be ordered for an extra charge.
Room are small and basic , but incredibly clean and well maintained.
Wifi signal very weak.

really nice staff, lousy hotel
The room was anything but interesting, the bed was uncomfortable, and the internet worked only intermittently.
I tried to get moved to a different room, but they were all booked.
Then at 8:15 am Sunday, some wierd pump came on and my whole room vibrated for 20 minutes, this sort of really loud humm that my ears are still ringing from. I called the staff, who are all really sweet, but they could do nothing. I had room #7, maybe that is the crappies one??

Not perfect to attain a Boutique status
Excellent staff and location quite comfortable. Only things that could be improved are. Coffee, restaurant noise, no cleanex, the soap basket in the shower had too big of gaps and the soaps fell out and you could hear the water pump. Also the TV was too small for the distance to the bed. Little improvements to make it a real boutique hotel.

Nice small hotel
Nice small hotel close to downtown Queretaro. The rooms are on the simple side but very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff very nice and the seafood place next door is los pretty good. Would definitely recommend it.

Nice small hotel
Small, comfortable hotel, around 10 -15min walk to Downtown Queretaro. Very clean, nice small pool. Includes light breakfast, when you say you want it they serve it right away, we ate by the pool.

Good choice for a 3 stars hotel
We had a very nice stay a Quinta Lili. The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is located a short walk from the Centro Historico and the area is safe. The room we had (Amber)was clean, bright and comfortable but a bit small. There are bigger rooms but we did not ask as we were there only for two nights. There is a church nearby with bells ringing at odd times but we managed a good night sleep.
Overall good choice.

Very nice hotel in a great location
We stayed at the Hotel Quinta Rio Queretaro for one night during our recent trip to Mexico. We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel in or near the historical district of Queretaro. Based on its high rating on Tripadvisor we booked at this hotel and are glad we did. While only in Queretaro for one night we were able to easily tour the historical district and had a great meal at one of the local restaurants. The room and bed were wonderful as were the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful.
